Stacksnap adapter

Stacksnaps are another unique product of APS. It is an 'adaptor' with one male snap, one female snap and one banana receptacle. When the available grounding point is not compatible with the available grounding product, the adaptasnap solves the problem. For example, if the user is equipped with a coil cord and band with nowhere to plug the banana plug end, a stacksnap can be snapped on to the male snap of the ESD table mat, and the banana plug end from the cord can be plugged into the banana receptacle. With one easy tool, the user is grounded! It can also be used to ground a second user who chooses to work at the same workstation temporarily, such as a roving Production supervisor. When the operator is plugged onto the grounding point, the supervisor can use the stacksnap and use the male snap from the ESD table mat to ground themselves quickly, easily and reliably. The stacksnap is not coated and so is perfectly acceptable for use in a cleanroom facility. An insulated version is also available. Read more about it here.
